Changed Your Mind?

If you've changed your mind about your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The product should be returned in its original packaging where possible.
• You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to cancel.
• The item must then be returned within 14 days of notifying us.

Unless the item is faulty or we have made an error, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect every order before it leaves us. However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

• Your order number.
• A brief description of the problem.
• Clear photographs of the item and any damaged packaging.

Once we've reviewed the information, we'll work with you to arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund or other suitable remedy.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method as soon as possible. Please note that it may take several working days for your bank or card provider to process the payment after we have issued the refund.

Original delivery charges are refundable where required by law. Return postage costs are generally the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we may be unable to accept returns if products have been opened, used or are no longer in a resaleable condition, unless they are faulty or your statutory rights provide otherwise.
